Privacy Policy

Plain English: read-only access, files parsed in your browser, and the little we store. Last updated 24 June 2026.

Who we are

Ramprt provides analytics tools for website publishers at ramprt.io. This policy explains what data we access, process and store, and why. If anything here is unclear, contact us.

Analytics you connect (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console)

  • Read-only. When you connect GA4 or Search Console, you grant our service account viewer access to your own property. We can only read your reporting data. We can never change anything in your account.
  • What we read. Aggregate metrics only, such as visitors, sessions, pageviews, traffic sources, top pages, countries, devices, and search clicks, impressions, CTR and position. We do not access personal data about your visitors.
  • What we do with it. We display it back to you in your dashboard. We may cache results briefly to keep the dashboard fast. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.
  • You can revoke our access at any time by removing our viewer from your GA4 or Search Console property.

Files you upload (Raptive, Bing Webmaster Tools, Search Console exports)

Files you upload are parsed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers. Your revenue and search-console exports stay on your device; we only render the results locally. Nothing from those files is stored or transmitted.

Cloudflare access token

If you connect Cloudflare to see AI-crawler traffic, your read-only API token is stored only in your browser and sent to our server for the single request that fetches your data. We do not store or log your token. You can disconnect at any time to clear it from your browser.

Information you give us

  • Email address, if you join a waitlist or ask for the weekly summary. We use it only to contact you about Ramprt. We do not sell it.
  • Contact messages you send through the contact form, so we can reply.

Cookies and tracking

We keep your connection settings (such as your property ID) in your browser's local storage so you don't have to reconnect each visit. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how Ramprt itself is used, which pages are viewed and which features are tried, via first-party analytics cookies. This measures our own product, not your site's visitors, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out using your browser's cookie controls.

Google API limited-use disclosure

Ramprt's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the analytics features you connect, and we do not transfer or use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except as needed for support or security with your consent.

Data retention and your rights

We retain captured emails until you ask us to remove them. To access, correct or delete data we hold about you, contact us and we'll action it.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
